Focus areas

Efficient decision management is a precondition for success in your company. It means increased agility and flexibility. Yet how can decision management be optimised? This seminar focuses on factors in decision-making processes and dynamic and situational team leadership.  

We are happy to put together an individual seminar for you based on your wishes. Other key topics such as leadership, communication, human performance, stress management and safety can be combined with the decision management course format easily and beneficially. 

These seminars can be held in person, online or through blended learning. 

Structure

These are the components:

• Basic theory
• Practical examples from air rescue that can transfer to everyday office work
• Role playing, e.g. in the DRF Luftrettung academy’s own simulator

Training staff

Experienced trainers from DRF Luftrettung who work hands on in aviation and emergency medicine lead our seminars. They can be held in person, online or blended learning.
